GENERAL

1. What is the importance of this course? Will GST Course help me to get a job ?

GST professionals will be very great in demand in India after implementation of GST.
Employees need to learn GST if they are involved in any work with tax as Accountant or otherwise.
If you are a Student, you can excel in interviews and can get a good job faster than others and expect better career ahead.
For Professionals and Consultants it is a must for their profession.

2. I already know GST. There are many videos, seminars etc. What else I can get from this Course ?

3. Is this course meant for Students from Colleges or other Educational Institutions ?

Not only for students. This course can be done by Employees, Businessmen, Professionals and any person who wish to learn GST and related subjects. Yes. We are providing our course throughout the globe. Anybody from any part of the world can join for the course and get GST Certified. In fact, we have lot of students from around the globe.

5. Do I need to have prior accounting or GST knowledge to learn ?

It is not necessary. You do not need to have GST knowledge to learn our course at GST CENTRE®. Our Course is designed in such a way that anybody who has no prior accounting or GST knowledge can learn the course very easily. Our Resources and Advisors are equipped to support such students.

6. What are the requirements needed for my system to learn GST Course ?

For learning our Courses, one should have a Computer or Mobile with Internet connection.

7. What is the syllabus for the Course ?

8. How Many Courses are there? Will I get Certification for all courses ?

There are Certification Courses and Module Courses. Certification Course includes all main modules of GST.ERP 9 and the same awards Certification from GST Solutions (P) Ltd and Topmans Education And Career Horizons (P) Ltd. Whereas Module Courses cover each specific Module like Accounting or Inventory or VAT or Service Tax etc. Certification is not provided to Module Courses.

REGISTERING FOR THE COURSE

9. How do I enroll for a course?

You may enroll through online mode. For online registration, Click www.learngstindia.com and then click on "How to Join" to understand the joining procedure.

  • a. Click on Sign Up menu in the Header
  • b. For signing up type the Full Name, E-mail Address and a Password and click on Sign up button.
  • c. Click on Courses Menu in Header for selecting your course.
  • d. Select the Course Category and Click on the desired course name to select the course.
  • e. Click on Start Learning Now Button to register for the course.
  • f. Enter the details in the Registration Form and Click on the Button Submit.
  • g. Select Payment Method, enter the details and click on the button "Make Payment" to make the payment.
10. What is the course fee ? Is there any extra charges ?

Price for various Courses are given in the website www.learngstindia.com.

11. How can I make the payment for the Course? When I will get confirmation from you?

After filling the form and selecting the desired course, payment should be done in any of the four methods.
i. Online Payment through Debit Cards / Credit cards / Online Banking / Cash Cards.
ii. Depositing Cheque / DD in TOPMANS Bank Account.
iii. Depositing Cash in TOPMANS Bank Account.
iv. Couriering Cheque / DD to TOPMANS, Kochi Office.
Students from outside India can pay the fees through online using Debit Cards / Credit cards / Online Banking / Cash Cards.
You will get a confirmation within second after making the payment.

12. If any problem happens while making Online Payment and it became unsuccessful, will I lose my money? What I have to do in such cases ?

No. You will not lose your money under any circumstances. While you are making payment, if any problem happens like interruption in internet connection or power failure, the payment will be refunded to you. It will be credited in your account within three days. Please contact us for any help with this regard.

13. How fast can I start using the course ?

After making the payment, Login to Learning Management System will be activated automatically. There is no requirement for waiting. If you are joining for Certification Course, Study Materials will be received within a week.

DOING THE COURSE

14. How do GST online courses work ?

Once you enroll for any of our online GST Course, you will get access to the Learning Management System . You can log in with your Student ID and Password. You can access your course from anywhere with internet connection.
You will also receive a set of study materials for your further reference and learning for certification courses.

15. Will I get hard copy / physical copy of the Study Materials ?

You will get Printed Books on giving your Address. It will be sent through Courier / Post to your Address given in the Registration Form. Study Materials will be sent free of cost. It may take 7 days to reach any address in India.
Students should be cautious while filling Address in the Registration form and if there is any change in address during the course one should inform us in advance. Otherwise extra charges for resending the study materials, Certificate etc. will have to be paid by the Student.

16. Do all students in an online course need to be online at the same time?

No. Our Online Courses are asynchronous, which means that students do not have to log onto the course at the same time. You can learn at your own time from any place. That is Anywhere Anytime facility is available. However, you can clarify your doubts by fixing online appointment with the faculties.

17. How to monitor my study progress? Will it be used for certification purposes ?

"Self-Examination Questions" after each Chapter will show your understanding about that chapter. It is not used for Certification purposes. We suggest all our students to be self-motivated to learn better for their own career.

18. Is there any fixed timing for attending the course? How many hours I need to put for the Course ?

No. there is no fixed timing for attending the course, you can learn at your convenient timings. You will get access to Learning Management System for one year. You would be well-advised to set up a weekly schedule to avoid being overburdened at the end of the course duration.

19. How can I clarify my doubts?

Students can clarify doubts through Webinars.
a. Live Webinars – We will inform you date and time in advance.
b. Recorded Webinars – These will be put in the LMS with each Chapter.

COMPLETING THE COURSE

20. You mentioned about Online Test for passing the Course. Can you explain it ?

There will be Online Test at the end of Course. Please note the following points with this regard.

  • There can be Descriptive as well as Objective type Tests.
  • It is Open Book Test to ensure student has learned the contents thoroughly.
  • Normally, Test can be attended at your convenient time.
  • Model questions and answers will be provided to students through LMS as Self-Assessment Questions after each chapter.
21. How are you providing Certification? Whether hardcopy of the Certificates will be provided ?

We provide two certificates.
i. Participation Certificate from GST CENTRE®
ii. Certificate from the Association of GST Professionals.
Participation Certificate will be softcopy and can easily download from the LMS. Certificate from the Association of GST Professionals will be hardcopy. One has to complete the course and qualify the Test to get the certificate. Certificates will be sent through Courier / Post to your Address given. If there is any change in address during the course one should inform us in advance. Otherwise extra charges for resending the same will have to be paid by the Student.

22. After Certification, how can I update the latest developments in GST and other subjects ?

We are providing ONE YEAR LOGIN for all students. After one year you can renew the membership at a nominal fee for a year for getting the access to Learning Management System and Resources. We also provide blogs at www.gstcentre.org
